As first time home buyers with little knowledge of real estate, we were so fortunate to have Jamie to guide us in making the most significant purchase of our lives. I simply can not speak highly enough of my experience with Jamie. Jamie made himself available to us, day & night, and ensured to promptly address any concerns or questions we had in a professional, knowledgeable and upfront manner. His high energy, drive, and hard work ethic are just the tip of the iceberg here. I never felt like Jamie was trying to sell me a house, but rather I felt as though he was there to patiently and expertly mentor me in making the best decision for my family every step of the way. With the right people in your corner, buying or selling a house does not need to be a daunting or overwhelming process. That being said, it is one of biggest investments you will make, and having Jamie to instruct us in this process has made all the difference. Time and time again, Jamie went above and beyond merely walking us through the process of becoming home owners. He readily shared his extensive knowledge with us, and was able to use his vast range of contacts to help us in this journey from finding the right home inspector, right up to the contractor we will be using to renovate our new laundry room! It is one thing to be good at your job; there are many agents in Sudbury that are "good" at their job. However, it is a rarity to find someone willing to do so much more.
